Lean Startup methods and agile development cultures are beginning to dominate the landscape. Will these approaches require a lean UX approach? Or can a traditional UX process be tacked onto an agile development environment? This talk will present the framework and principles of lean UX and agile methodologies inside a lean startup context based on a consumer web and mobile app case study.
