Why the process of Branding needs to be “Digital First” is an interesting and sometimes controversial topic. In this session we will explore the traditional process of most automotive companies and how they need to rethink and redefine their approach to engage a generation of consumers that not only understands an “experience” but will expect it. Brand Loyalty is no longer grounded in history, it is fickle, intelligent and only effective when an experience adds value to the consumer.
